    Airport Taxes:

    Brazilian airports charge a 15% fee on the total order

     

    Cancellation Policy

    There is no charge to the customer when an order is canceled far enough in advance from the requested delivery time, as described below:

    • 12 hours for standard orders
    • 24 hours for any specialty requested shopping items such as alcohol, floral arrangements, gift baskets, concierge items and restaurant facilitation requests.
    • If the order is canceled with less notice than indicated above, we will invoice for reasonable charges.

    Any order that is placed with less than two hours notice will automatically be classified as an ASAP order and cannot be canceled.
